The C203 is an efficient all in one copier, printer, scanner, fax with extensive document finishing options including, stapling, hole punching, binding and is delivered with a duplex unit for double sided printing.
The C203 offers your company document security features which include watermarking for the prevention of illegal distribution of company documents by obscuring the content when an attempt to recopy the document is made.
User management functions and secure user authentication allows for confidential document printing in a network environment. To print a confidential document, the user sends the document to the printer and only once the users password is entered at the machine, will the confidential document print.
The C203 is state of the art multi user office equipment designed for busy environments. Exceptional quality colour documents and presentations can be produced inhouse. Large on board hard drive allows for storage and reproduction of frequently used documentation.
